    Buffer Issues / Jumping in GR-540

    I have a GR-540, printing with cropmarks from a VS-540i. No issues between the two for the most part. When the GR is cutting complex jobs, the GR will pause for a couple of seconds then start again losing its place. My feeling is the buffer was full, stops to reload, then jumps. The move is...

  2. Files/jobs not showing in onyx x12.1

    For some reason, no jobs are showing in onyx. i can open jobs and print current job but i cannot see anything on my screen. And also cannot see buffered jobs. I deleted the files in my work folder, but it didnt help. Ideas? Thanks.
