Hi, A lot of the times when I print full black print one side does not dry, it it always a .5" or so and always on the right side of the bed. Any advice?

we recently had to replace a lamp unit on our FB500 and everything is working but we are getting an error message W-UV-10 shutter calibration. On the screen it tells us to run the shutter calibration from the service menu. Yet we cant find it in the service menu for the life of us. Anyone know...
