Curious to how much you all charge as a shop for pulling permits. Do you charge differently for commercial jobs vs. small businesses? Different fees for customers in a historic district that may require various meetings, paperwork, etc.
How much do you guys charge for pulling permits for clients? I'm talking mostly about channel letters and things like that.
- We create the permit packet
- Our installers (outsourced) go and get the permit. They will charge us up to $500-$700 to pull the permit sometimes.
Since we are in LA...
I've managed to get set up to be able to pull non-electric sign permits in two cities, but I'm running into walls to figure out how to do it statewide, which I have to be able to do in order to do it in my county. Any help on how I get it done?
