roland vs 640

Hiya all, I'm having a few problems with my VS-640i, it just doesn't seem to print the white at all. As you can see from the test prints the white and light Cyan are pretty non existant so I am assuming its something to do with the nozzle? Id assume they're blocked? It was left in a workshop...

Hey Guys, I'm buying a new printer and I have to decied between these 2: Mutoh value jet 1614 with flexi Roland VS640. Which one would you go with? I print general signs, banners, carwraps. Which is friendlier? Colorwise wich one is better? Suppliers? profiles? Thanks a lot!
