not sure on the other, need a better image .. I used Find My Font to get the top one ..

Have you tried Whatthefont? Not perfect, but works sometimes.

Dang, it probably can't read it since it's bent a little and blurry. It looks damn familiar, but I can't place it. Do you need the whole ttf/otf or to just duplicate the graphic you have? Can always trace it and create your own "font". PITA, but in a pinch you gotta do it.
