3" thick letters

Client wants 3' thick letters and logo for the front of his building. So I'm thinking channel letters. Seems no one wants to make faced foam that thick. Wondering if anybody has a recommendation on a supplier. Thought I'd check here first. Verbage will be 20"+ tall.

If you have access to a CNC, I'd consider glueing up two sheets of 1.5" signfoam and cutting from that...
