3042FX - sealing after printing onto glossy surface

We have a Mimaki 3042 FX. I am printing onto a glossy ceramic tile - the print looks excellent but scratches off very easily. Is there anything I can treat the ceramic tile with prior to printing, or can anyone recommend something to seal the print afterwards to stop it scratching off so easily?
