Hello, I was wondering if anyone has used the 40C and how is it and should it be laminated for a tailgate.

IJ40C is great, it's like a slightly thicker and cheaper 180C. Prints beautifully and applies very easily.
Anything printed going onto a vehicle should be laminated in my opinion.

What laminate would you use for the 40c? Im using this on truck tailgate and vehicle wrap is new step for me..lol

I would lam it with 3m 8518, 8519, or 8520.
8519 is our standard vehicle overlaminate.
