5000 decals, die cut, single color

Is there a vendor on here the specializes in these? I would need the same image 10.25"x3.2" die cut.
Client wants 5 different colors of this same image.
Client wants 1000 of each color, total order 5000 decals.

I need a price, turn around, etc...
