Just finished these for a friend for his beach house. Designed completely in Signlab and outputted to my dc4sx. Wrapped and brush coated with outdoor polyurethane.

What substrate did you use? Is that CMY or CMYK? I have a DC4SX and wouldn't attempt something like this, but I'd love to know how you did it!

Substrate is regular old plywood filled sanded and painted. CMY print 55 double dot.

Ah ok, I saw the grains of the wood through the vinyl and was wondering how you got it on there so clean, I've never tried filling, sanding, then painting before applying. What did you "fill" it with?

Wood filler ... then use a rivet brush to smash the print into the grooves. 4 coats of outdoor polyurethane keeps anything from lifting.
