We recently needed some signcomp extrusions for a retrofit project. it's a two piece system with the main piece and a bronze painted cover. Both were gotten quickly, but that's not why I want to give them a shout out. The cover piece that was given to us was a very similar item, but not quite the right one. Of course we didn't realize this until AFTER we had cut the pieces to size. A lot of suppliers might have said that since we cut the extrusions, they were ours. Pioneer accepted the fact that the two items are really similar (and that their warehouse had goofed) and gave us two replacement pieces at no cost.
