Adding cutter to Versaworks

Hi guys, I am having issues with getting a cut only machine to work in Versaworks. I've got the cutter hooked up and working with cut studio.

But in Versaworks, I cannot add any job to the queue, and I get a message like:

"Only files displayed can be dragged and dropped"

We are working on a new Windows 10 Laptop, which was just purchased

I know this is old, but I'm having the same issue. What did you do to make it work?

I don't think you can just drag in a cut job direct to the GX queue in versaworks. You have to print the file first and then drag that file to the GX queue. You may be able to rip the file and then drag it over, but never tried.
