Advise on type of material

Heres the job. Will be printed on sc540. 67 plastic tables 37"x53". Need wrap for tops in wood grain w/ logos. Next 1 each, 32"x75' long for bar with wood grain and logos also. The material needs to wrap around edge and under bottom about an inch. A printable cast or maybe even a vehicle wrap material. I might even be better off ordering pre-printed vinyl in wood grain and printing logos separately and applying them to tables after. Whats your guys opinion and how would you do it. Id like to get a price going, but not sure what material to use. Oracle, 3m??
btw, they will be laminated also.

I would try the new ARLON 4600LX (Cheaper then IJ40c and its cast) with a textured matte poly carbonate lam for anti slip/scratch protection or ARLON 3590 for just scratch protection.

It won't survive very long if you don't use a tough laminate..... What we do for out fair clients is wrap the tops and just urethane coat the top edges and sides to seal it to the table.

If you have to keep it just wrap I'd consider wrapping it with a standard cast wrap set and then come back and apply a layer of anti-slip / scratch protection laminate on the top surface only.

Sounds good. Im just doing the printing part, a buddy of mine in Florida is doing the install and laminating. Lucky me. I was trying to find a vinyl dealer that has specialty vinyl in wood grain, but not really having any luck. Most guys selling it are doing it by the 4x8 sheet and its expensive,(they might be printing it, then laminating it and selling it.) Anyways, if someone knows of a dealer that has it on rolls, need about 400' x 40", lmk.
thx

3M has a DiNoc line (has over 30 wood grains in my book from them) that is architectural grade and doesn't require laminate. its not designed for sharp bends though.
