Need Help ANAPURNA M4F - Take Up Comm. Fail

Hello all! I have used Agfa Anapurna M4F. On the second day of work, the machine finished printing after rebooting the system. Before the command switches off the safety sensors displays the "Take Up Comm. Fail" message Did anyone encounter this problem?
