I have searched for some useful tips to design a Vinyl Banner and found these two awesome resources..

The Anatomy of Vinyl Banners This is an infographic which describes the materials which are used in Vinyl banners, font size and lettering.

Another one is How to Choose Vinyl Banner Design to Increase Your Business Recognition - Signs NY which outlined the font style, colors and other factors to use in indoor and outdoor banners.

Did you "find" these, or create them yourself?

Either way, the infographic one is very well done. Almost too much info for the average end user, and some of the wording is a little strange (airbrush printing machine...?) but visually very good. If you created them, then good job. If you found them, then thanks.
