Need Help Anti-Bird Hardware?

company has contacted us wanting to get a bid for retrofitting there channel letters to repel birds.

what hardware / methods do y'all use for birds?
upon inspecting the channel letters, they were installed as extensions mounts instead of flush mounts.
Will the bird material need to be mounted to all sides? I am assuming so but curious

Are there any other points that need to be known before bidding / accepting this project?.

We use Kaba tape and bird b gone, usually any place where the bird can sit, sometimes they just use the spikes to scratch them selves.

https://www.nixalite.com/products/bird-spikes Check what's legal in your area. Some areas do not allow spikes that will actually harm the animal. Meaning they have to be plastic or blunt tipped. Some areas it does not matter. Make sure the centers of the letters are covered. Perfect little nesting holes.
