Any opinions for affordable car wraps?

Hello there. We are a small company that does temporary 3 months ads on cars, we have been using Avery 1105 which is a great material, probably the best one out there, but since we're only doing placing the wraps for 3 months, we are now looking for cheaper cast material to lower our operation cost, any suggestions will be really appreciated!

thanks guys.

If it's only for three months why not look into a calendered material?

Try a polymeric calendered material as long as their are no contours. There are no inexpensive cast products. General Formulations has a product like that GF Automark a 2.4 mil vinyl instead of the typical 3 mil and they have a thin laminate. Should be about half of cast

a little more info is needed, are you wrapping the whole car, or just partial stuff? If you are wrapping the whole car, any savings you make from switching to a calendared film you will loose in added install labour for both the install and removal.

That's a great question! the reason we use cast material is that we do full wraps and as you may know, cast vinyl works way much better on round or sharp corners than Calendered.

As one of our favorite Canadians said above...any material cost savings might be lost in install time.

I would check out 3M™ IJ3552C. You won't save any money on the material, but you'll save a ton of time when you go to remove the vinyl.
