Anybody ever use Oracal 3651 Clear as laminate in a pinch?

I've got a couple clear decals I printed on Oracal 3651 Clear for a rush job due today, but don't have enough 290 lam to finish it all.

Has anybody just used the gloss clear 3651 as the laminate in a pinch?

They aren't long term decals, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work.

We've used it for jobs that are short term econo priced decals and it works just fine. Long term graphics indoors can tend to curl up on the edges. Long term sun exposure cracks and browns.

Yes, if short term, then this will work fine. with the end user understanding, this is short term.

since it is short term, do you have any 210 or like calendared overlaminate?

You should be OK with it. It is for medium term outdoor use if I recall and a permanent adhesive.
Maybe your on to something that will last a long time.
