Anyone here do stainless plaques?

I have a customer who I need to get 6 different stainless steel plaques for.
3 1/2" x 10" with black recessed type. 4 lines of type and a code # on the bottom. The code # will be the only copy change on each one.
They also need to have a permanent adhesive back.
Illustrator files will be provided for each.

The last time I was in need of such beasts it was more cost effective to go with cast aluminum, chrome plated and then desired finish added.
