Application to bug guard?

Looking for some advise those who have applied a solid piece to a bug guard. Any special tips or strategies? A customer wants to purchase a piece of camo printed vinyl and have me install it.

By the time he buys the film and pays your hourly rate it would be cheaper to buy one already done. They cost around a 100 bucks and he can buy the pattern to match the rest of his gear.

They are not to bad to wrap, start in the middle and work toward the ends. Make sure to post heat... just don't melt anything.

+have them buy one that was Aqua-dipped...cheaper in the long run.

I miss the flat ones we used to do back in the 1980's way eaiser!
