Whats a good heat setting for using Arlon High Tach ?

40/42/40 - low as you can go and still get a good print/ink dry
run head height on high....
this stuff is nasty if it gets too hot and the adhesive squirts out the sides of the vinyl - the problems it causes can be pretty bad
