i bought one from signs warehouse as part of their car wrap package. and another one from a local avery distributor.

There is another one that works well too when you want to backslit on your work tables without peeling the backing at all. The Olfa TS-1.

Have the one you showed as well which is nice when to use sometimes when you are installing. US Cutter sells both of them.

not much use for the real-deal in the real world.
you can most likely make it work with some teflon/anti-stick tape on the arm of one of those cheapo promotional plastic paper slitters. The kind that filled the drawers of our shop back from the 90's.
