Question Banner/Substrate/Sticker/Router Vendor

I am looking to outsource a large volume of Banners/substrates/stickers/Router. I need a competent vendor who can handle at least 30k sqft/month.
I need someone with much more control than a 4over type of trade printer. Any advice?
