Edited: Keep it simple, who can share some ins and outs? Should've started with that. Thanks in advance

If I am understanding correctly, you need to reface a billboard and construct a new one? I reface them all the time, and there is nothing to it, essentially a banner with pole pockets. There are plenty of vendors on this site that can print one for you. As for the construction of a new billboard, I'd sub it out to a billboard company, or refer them to one. I too would like to build one, but too many liabilities and unknowns, so I stick to what I know.

Yes the current one is outdated this is printing and installing a new while taking down the old, I'd get help from friends or sub installer help.
And I will sub the work for construction. I'd

Experienced running jobs with up to 5 trades of contractors at once on substation projects this wouldn't be much different.

I meant no disrespect to any trade. There's masters in every craft. The job is going to get done and it's a tight group. Took me many years to be a switchgear specialist up to 138kv and I'll teach anyone willing to learn. I don't drink but thanks notarealsignguy. My printer isn't going to work. Stay safe everyone thanks.

Like was said, banner covers are fairly simple and easy to outsource. Building a new structure is a whole different animal and at least where I am requires permits and licenses,so I would work with a contractor that has the skills and machines to get it done. Also, running your own business requires good communication skills, your posts here show you could use some work on them.

I won't post on the phone again it clearly didn't get the job done. Thanks for your feedback.
