Black in my Magenta JV33-160

What is causing black to get into my magenta? It is getting into my prints. I've cleaned the head and it is still there. Please help me.

Update: I just cleaned the printer head and noticed a lot of ink on it and on the bottom plate if that will help. I am hoping I will not have to replace the print head.

Your cap top, tubes or pump may be clogged causing the ink to stay too long in the cap top and sticking to the bottom of the head. After running a cleaning cycle, take a look at the cap top. Is there ink pooled up in it?

I had an extra cap top and replaced it. going to see if that will work.
