If it sat for a long time things like this will happen. Run a strong cleaning cycle and see if anything improves. If nothing changes, you either need a new cap top, need to flush the waste tubes, and/or the maintenance station just needs changing. Usually it's a cap top or clogged tube from sitting too long. Once the station is up and running it should be able to correct things with a few cleanings. Also just make sure everything is perfectly clean so the station can do it's job.

is the yellow and black head connected to the same cleaning pump?
if yes make shore both tubes are the same length
if the black cartridge is full and the yellow is quarter full for example, you can get a siphoning effect where the black ink preshour pushes up into the yellow head and into the damper
worth locking off the ink lines if you are not using it every dayto stop this happerning
its a big problem with bulk ink systems
