Blue lettering

I have to make something with the citi logo in cut vinyl lettering they say its PMS 295, whats the best match in Avery cut vinyl.

I suppose I just find it telling that you would find an asinine answer to a legitimate question so utterly funny.

And no, I don't walk around bitter all the time. In fact I'm rarely bitter about anything.
