When the roller spins backwards, retracting the vinyl the machine shuts down. There's a high pitch humming coming from the motor when in use. It will roll forward forever without incident but not in reverse. This just happened last night. I either need another motor, which I am having a hard time finding or need a fix for this problem. Thanks in advance for any help.
