Can we use Primer 94 on non-3M vinyls?

I'm wondering if we can use Primer 94 on things like Orajet calendared vinyl or Avery cast vinyl.

There are certain contours where using something like Primer 94 is essential but I'm not sure if we can use it for these other materials.

Yes, we have used it on Avery but honestly ProBond is cheaper and better... And easier to remove later

It's been mentioned here in the past that Orajet adhesive is not compatible with Primer 94 and it will cause failure.

Is there a similar product we can use with Orajet that won't cause the adhesive to fail?

i have been using the primer 94 with orajet 3651 and 3751RA with no issues for about 2 years now.
didn't know about ProBond but will check that out. can't hurt to save a few pennies
