Can you identify this channel letter bender?

Good morning everyone. Today's challenge is to identify this piece of equipment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't seem to find anything to identify the manufacturer. I was thinking Ving? Definitily Chinese? I have attached a few pictures and can provide more detailed photos on request. Thanks!
