Need Help Can't calibrate bidirectional printing on xf-640

I changed the printhead on my soljet pro4 xf-640 and calibrated the bias, horizontal fine, but when calibrating the bidirectional default the first numbers fall of the chart. When printing it shows fuzzy printing, when switching to unadirectional printing. The prints are ok. Anybody any tips to get the numbers in the range?

I would suggest entering a best guess number, doing a quick small print, then go back in and print the bidirectional test again and see if the number range has changed...
