Can't put pinch roller on old Roland 24

I got an old Roland 24, that needs the two little bitzy washers on the pinch rollers. I tried to put the washers in with the new pinch roller, but they went flying across the room. All I want to do is sell the thing, but I want it working perfect first. Anybody got any good advice on how to get these little washers in.... I would pay someone to do it...

Take the one you have there down to your local engineering shop or hardware store and grab a dozen..They are cheap as.. engineering shop will fit them for you if you cant get them on.

. Magnet aye ? Never thought of that. I'll give it a shot... frustrating working on this mini stuff.
