Can't use CMYK files

Anyone know the trick to print CMYK files from Signlab 9 to Versaworks / Roland?

If the file goes from Signlab, it shows up black in Versaworks. If opened directly into Versaworks, it's fine.

Something is happening in Signlab that I can't figure out.

Any ideas?
