neuropol was my first thought & i've been thru what font is.. & what the font with no luck but thanks for helping so far

Just make your own ... if you haven't found it by now ... you can probably make that entire typeface in about 20 minutes to an hour. it is just a box with a completely rounded edges, and the following letters would use that box in some shape or form ... abcdegmnopqrsuy
