Hey All, just wanted to give a heads up on the great help I received from Bobby at CiberSupply! I am on the West Coast and he is Georgia, but he took time to help with an issue and just not sell me an upgrade even when I was asking on a price because I thought that is where I was needing to go. Just don't found that kind service much anymore!!!

Did you see the thread yesterday when he went way out of his way to help the guy from I think it was Norway? Installed Flexi starter to see if it functioned the way the person needed it to, then used customer test files and posted screen shots showing him he could do what he needed too! Ended up in a sale for him, but that was service!

Now that I have the wife considering a new Roland printer, I did a dealer search on roland's site for the southeast and cibersupply didn't come up.

Found many other dealer but I like one that frequents forums.
