Hi,

Here is the result of a Wet installation of a vinyl oracal 3621 Clear with lamination.

Can somebody help me?

Do you realize, that series is a water based adhesive ?? Not meant to be put down wet. You've basically destroyed the adhesive

I do think it will clear up a bit. Probably won't be perfect.
3651 clear is what you wanted to use.
