Color Issues please help 10.5 pro

I just upgraded from 7.6v2 to 10.5 and the pm settings are diffrent my colors are close but off from before normaly i would just increase my ink limits but its not that easy in this version printing on a sp-540v

Does this happen with old files as well as newly created files?
Flexi files as well as , say, a jpeg dropped right into production manager and printed?
