Question color palette on a 1324X

Hello to you, I have a Mutoh vj 1324x printer with which I print files from illustrator CS6, my questions are that when I try to match the colors of the mutoh palette directly frome the printer (which are in RGB) I does not arrive at the same color. I don't know if the problem comes from flexiSIGN & print ?

The palette in the printer is more of a test print to make sure nozzles are firing correctly etc. It's not meant as a color matching tool. It also doesn't print with color correction which would be why it looks so different to anything you print out of Flexi.

Load up a color chart and print it with flexi using the material and settings you want to use for the final prints.
Keep the chart up on the wall and use it when you want to match a specific color from a provided sample.
