Colorspan 98si Printing Issue...

Hello all !!!

I have a Colorspan 98si printer that still runs very well.
Recently I hve problems printing heavy colors like rich black, full red, dark brown etc.

Please check pictures to understand better the problem.

Any help is welcomed!!!

Honestly that looks to me like a defect in the banner material- just based on where the problems are in the pictures. Of course, it could also be head/jet dropout. How does your test print look?

test print is OK. I will post picture later.
I noticed that before the bad printing, I can hear the ink pumps working, and after 1 pass the problem is there.
I think it is pressure or pump problem
