Contour Cut off on Mimaki CG-160FX

I work at a local sign shop and have been having trouble getting our plotter to cut center. We use a Mimaki Jv3-160SP with the Mimaki CG-160FX with Flexi8. Everytime we go to contour cut our prints, our cuts have shifted off to the left. I thought it might be a pinch roller issue but the shift seems to be consistent no matter what print we do. In the photo below you can see where the shift is. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
You are going to need to run a print/cut alignment through the service menu. You are going to need the pen that came with the machine to do this. Then you can tweek it in the Mark Detect menu by as low as 1/10th of a mm to get it close to perfect. PM me and I can get you a tech manual that walks you through the steps.
