Convert PS Shape into Clean AI Vector

Hi All,
I have a file that was produced in Photoshop and given to me as a jpg... I need to convert the whole thing to and AI vectored file so I can change its dimensions and generate a cut file. I have take the file into PS selected the shape, created a path, and exported the path to AI. However, there are so many anchor points that the circles are really, really jagged and not smooth lines/circles at all. (I simply re-typed the lettering to get a clean vector) Anyone have any ideas how to make a good clean vector out of this image?

Use circle tool and pen tool in illustrator to redraw it manually. Should take less than 2 minutes.

Edit; or 45 seconds :)

Thanks... I have run Photoshop since 2.0, just not AI.

Vector Doctor, yup, you made that look pretty darn easy. Nice work.
