crappy graphic font ID

Hi there
I'm was sent this crappy graphic to give a quote for screen printing, but might be some sign work there too, but I cannot get a hold of the person "in charge" of the digital files, so if someone knows what font is this one I can use the weekend to get this ready so I can present it on Monday
