Need Help curing stage not ending.

Has anyone had this happen , I'm printing on my 315 and the prints are fine, when the roll finishes curing and feeds back into the printer the process seems to stop, normally i just feed a bit of media out after the print , cut it and get it onto the cutter, but the printer seems to hang up and wont let me do anything, so i have to restart the printer to be able to do anything.

Very strange. anyone ?
