Cut Problem on Roland VP-540

Dear Users!
I Have a cutting problem with my VP-540.
It shifts cutting toward to scaning derection (not feeding one).
Technicians of the company I bought it didn't gave me any solution! Lot of Vynil got to rubbishes!
Is there ani body knows this problem?
