cutter drag / running off on print & contour cut - voltage, blade angle or depth?

hiya, i have 1370 vinyl that tends to move slightly left and right. It's grand when printing though when contour cutting is an absolute nightmare.
I've tried setting the pressure of each roller and all seem as should be.
Any suggestions? Magnets to the machine to guide the paper straight???
