Cutting Master 3 - Cutting Layer Locks to Artboard

When I send a cutting job to Cutting Master 3, after cutting, the graphic locks to the artboard. (Then I have to click on the layer to unlock the graphic.) It's a quirky problem that irritates me daily! :banghead: Has anyone experienced this issue?

System Info:
- Graphtec FC8600-60 Cutter
- Adobe Illustrator CS6
- Cutting Master 3
- Windows 10 (but occurred w/ Windows 8, too!)
