Cutting registration mark not clean sharp circle

Hi all,
After I did the bias adjust, and print cut adjust the printer start print the registration print cut mark not as high quality, see the attached.
My printer is Roland SP-540v
How to void this. Thanks for all advise.

I would first clean your encoder strip. If it doesn't solve it you may look at the encoder reader. I had this same issue a couple weeks ago and it ended up being the encoder reader.
