Cutting Stencil on a Mimaki plotter CG-130FXII

Hi does somebody know what settings to use to cut a stencil on vinyl (or any other paper material) all the way through on the mimaki plotter?

Ive tried a few settings some letters cut-out fine but other ones (curved ones like the "S" or "C") dont cut the whole letter because it gets lifted with the same machine as it moves ending up tearing the material.
Any ideas on how to do this?

Many Thanks

You need to use the half cut feature. That machine is not intended to cut all the way through. It's meant to perforate the material and you punch it out. Check it out in your user manual. I hate to say it but, I'm not super impressed by the feature at the end of the day. You will need to play around with it to get it to work properly.
