Designjet 5000 System error 0D0000 033f01ad - need help to resolve

I tried many things but I can't get rid of the error.
I updated the firmware few time to the latest using parallel cable.
Need help.

I think it's a media profiles error. Try updating without any media in the printer.

I had that happened once... I unplugged the printer from the wall for about 30min and initiated a new setup.. it did the trick...
