Ding Tec Laminator Slipping!

Anyone with an Enduralam or Ding Tec ever have your machine slip when laminating. Mine done it a couple of times, but then went on through the job. Just started laminating prints today, and it slips and will not go! I need some help or advice quick, lol.

We have a Master, which I believe is the same machine. We recently had a similar issue. Our fix was to take the side cover off & shim up the top roller mount with wood. I also purchased a more expensive laminator just to avoid the bs associated with the cheap one, which was ok for low volume jobs. No real regrets though.
